Kingdom Hearts Ux Dark Road
This is broken down into 2 different projects. You will begin viewing an ad campaign of the online version of the game. Then, you will view another ad campaign but for the offline version.
Project #1 (Online Version)
Challenge:
This was a project in 2020 to find a way on convincing new mobile gamers to take part in the Kingdom Hearts Community, having fun, and making new friends. With a vast number of gacha games in the app store library and new gamers taking part in playing mobile games including Genshin Impact, it can be difficult to bring new players into Kingdom Hearts Ux Dark Road.
Approach:
I approach this project by studying players who play Kingdom Hearts Ux Dark Road on what is interesting, fun, and unique about this game compared to other gacha games. With this knowledge and my experience with this game for over 4 years, I will develop a digital ad campaign on various social media, including Twitter, which many mobile gamers go into than any other social media based on the community feedback. Because this mobile game has two separate stand-alone games, the ad campaign is divided into two for Union Cross and another two for Dark Road. Assets to design the ad campaign were heavily helped out by a data-miner named Roboloid that was able to take them from the game.

Unfortunately, this game had been discontinued after June 29, 2021, turning into an offline app and resulted in requiring another project, dedicated to an offline version of the game. (Scroll below for details)
Project #2 (Offline Version)
Challenge:
As Kingdom Hearts Ux Dark Road had shut down service on June 29, 2021, and became an offline version of the app, the project had provided challenges to figure out how this game becomes a major part of the Kingdom Heart Story and what features are available in the offline version of the app.
Approach:
With the research of the previous project and knowledge of this game, I have essentially created a similar ad campaign with some changes, including the simplistic logos of the app store and decreasing the white glow from the phone. As with the previous project, the ad campaign will be posted on Twitter as the vast number of fans that love Kingdom Hearts use this particular social media. The ad campaign focuses on some of many features that are currently available in the offline version and abilities that players can still enjoy, despite the game shutdown.
