(1.) What is the Lobby website?

Stanley’s Lobby website is where all the hotlinks to all of my other websites are available to nagivate. These websites include various info cards, drawings, and projects I created. The Lobby website is also where you can view commissions and items on the shop page to purchase goods and to support me.

(2.) Can I use info cards from Stanley's websites that he created.

You are allow to use my info cards for your help or being able to share them to your friends, including my Genshin and Star Rail websites. Please make sure to credit Stanley Quach and you DO NOT CLAIM it is yours when sharing them to the public.

(3.) Does Stanley produce videos?

He occasionally post recordings of his gameplay of Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Blue Archive on Youtube. He used to very rarely stream on Twitch, but he currently no longer does. However, he may do so if he has very rare free time for that. There may also be very rare scenarios where he may post my drawings on Youtube.

He will typically most commonly block bot accounts that spam up followers and messages. Any account that does not have any media or like his posts while following me will usually get blocked. (1.) What has been my career goal?

My career goal has been changing to where I am hoping to find one that I would enjoy and being able to get enough money to survive. At first, my focus was on Graphic Design, in which I got a Bachelor degree on that already. Despite not being able to find a career on that yet, I then pursued another major on Programming and Software Development where I received on an Associate degree on that. At this moment, I am currently happy that I am working on the Natural Science department in a college.

(3.) What do I do during my free time?

Some of many important things that I do during my free time includes:

- Drawing artwork that can include chibi character models, emotes, or backgrounds.
- Playing Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Blue Archive. I sometimes play Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage, Kirby Air Riders, and sometimes other games.
- Creating info cards for some of the mentioned games above.
- Watching certain Youtubers and Streamers (such as DougDoug, Walfie, and Mint Fantome).

(4.) Does Stanley do Requests / Commissions, and where can I ask for them?

I work part-time on commissions. You can find any available commissions in the shop page of my home website.

(5.) Most of his 2D art are models from a game called Kingdom Hearts Ux? Is it still part of Square Enix or my art? Are they part of a fan fiction of Kingdom Hearts?

I greatly adore those art models and I personally find this style more of a half-half where I somewhat own the designs I created but will always credit the design references as part of Square Enix. This is the style that I am sticking with unless the company does prevent me from doing so. A majority of my OCs drawn in those art models does not mean that they are part of the fan fiction unless I do say so. I just really love the designs of those models generally. Besides that, I also occasionally draw other art styles where they are a unique doodle style of my drawing characters. Those are often seen as unique emotes that I draw sometimes. (5.) Are there even more art that Stanley produced? Due to a website building I use which only grants limited memory, a vast majority of my past artwork can be found on my Pixiv account. There are even more past artwork and even flipnote animations besides my chibis that I had produced, but they are currently no longer viewable in the public. I will consider in the very future to release those old artworks potentially.

(6.) Does Stanley create NSFW art? Where can I see them?

He will very rarely create NSFW artwork which are only shown on two areas:

Commission Q&A

(1.) What is Personal Use that is only on his art commissions?

Personal Use art can only be used for yourself and it can not be used for commercial or profit usage. Artwork that is for Personal Use can include:

- Art used to hang in your home.
- Art for your wedding.
- Profile icon for Social Media as long as it is credited.

This is not to be familiar with Commission Use which utilizes artwork for selling. Due to this being Personal Use, you cannot sell my artwork or creating merch of my art that will be sold to others for profit.

(2.) Do I have to communicate to Stanley during commissions? Can I make changes?

It may be necessary to check and respond to his emails so he can understand the particular design and direction you wanted for the commission. If you are able to provide a lot of information on the commission early hand, then I may be able to create the project you closely wanted.

(3.) What payment method can I use?

PayPal is currently the only way to buy my commissions.

(4.) May I receive refunds during a commission?

No refunds will be provided at all times once the art progress begins (which is typically once both you and I are approved to start the commission). The only very rare exception that up to 50% of the refund can occur is if he delivers the commission very late past the specified work days (at least 5+ Work Days late) due to family or doctor excuse from him. If this scenario happens, you will get that amount of refund and your finished artwork within 1 month or less. Close to 100% of the refund will otherwise only be given if he refuses your commission completely (reason is below).

(5.) Can my commission get denied?

The creator have the right to refuse any commission if ideas or plans you provided on the commission made him feel uneasy, painful, OR requires a skill that I am unable to do. The creator may not explain the reason in this case and your commission may be subject to cancel or changing plans. If this occurs, you will get close to 100% of the refund.

(6.) How can I communicate with Stanley on Discord if I prefer that over email?

In order to DM Stanley on Discord, join his Discord server (located at the bottom of this website's home page). You will be able to immediately DM him right away in this way.
He may also appear in certain other Discord servers which is also acceptable, but take note that the ability to DM him may be disabled if he is in most public servers (this is done to reduce spam on his messages).

(1.) How much is the shipping?

The cost of Shipping will start at USD $3.99, but will slightly increase the higher the cost of your Shopping cart. Free Shipping is only given when spending USD $119.99 or more without taxes. There should not be any additional fees whenever it is shipping in the United States or Europe, but other countries may have additional fees. (2.) How long will the shipping last?

7-10 business days, but it is not guaranteed and may be longer outside of the United States or Europe.

(3.) What are the size of the stickers? Is there anything more on the Customize section?

All stickers will be at a max size of 4x4 inches regardless of chibi size. Due to this, certain chibis will be made smaller if they are wearing large hats or have a halo above them. You may utilize the Customize section at the very top of the website to reduce or increase the size of the sticker. The cost of the sticker will stay the same. The Customize section can also allow you to buy any product not listed in the shop like T-shirts based on the designs in this shop. However, the cost may be higher.

(4.) What payment methods are used in the shop?

Either PayPal or your preferred Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express).

(5.) My delivery is taking longer or the received product is damaged. What should I do?

You can report damaged products through their online return process directly on Spreadshirt.com. I do not have any power in regards to this as all I do is upload designs and keep portions of profit.

(6.) Why are there 3 different type of stickers?

Stickers can either be "Transparent Glossy" (Default), "White Matte", and "White Glossy". The first one provides a transparent background, while the 2nd sticker provides a plain sticker. When going for the 2nd or 3rd option for all stickers, ensure to click it for every sticker you buy.
